A: Customers have the flexibility to pay directly at the charger using a credit card or by subscribing through the Irving EV mobile app. Once subscribed, you can add your credit card to your account for easy authentication and seamless charging experience.

A: Absolutely! While the mobile app offers a streamlined charging experience and additional benefits, customers without the app can still use our chargers by paying with a credit card directly at the charger. 

A: Our charging stations are designed with your time in mind. The exact charging speed will depend on your vehicle's capability, but most can achieve a meaningful top-up in under 20 minutes. Our chargers output up to 180kw.

A: When you use the Irving EV mobile app or the card reader, a $30 pre-authorization is charged to verify funds are available. In most cases, it is instantly refunded however, it can take up to 72 hours to clear depending on your financial institution.
