Jeff Matthews

Chair of the Irving Oil Executive Management Committee & Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Matthews joined Irving Oil 30 years ago. He serves as Chair of the Irving Oil Executive Management Committee and is leading the Company’s Strategic Review. He is responsible for financial planning, financial performance and stewardship, treasury, taxation, and all other financial services at Irving Oil.

Jennifer Beach

Chief Human Resources & Corporate Administration Officer

Jennifer Beach joined Irving Oil in 2015. She brings a deep understanding of the company developed through more than 15 years of working with Irving Oil in her past role at Deloitte. Jennifer is responsible for leading the Human Resources, Corporate Governance and Administration teams. She serves as a member of the Irving Oil Executive Management Committee.

John Laidlaw

Chief Legal Officer

John Laidlaw joined Irving Oil in 2016. Prior to joining Irving Oil, he practiced law and held various leadership positions at a preeminent regional law firm. John is responsible for overseeing Irving Oil’s Legal, Corporate Security, Corporate Real Estate, and Regulatory Compliance teams. He serves as a member of the Irving Oil Executive Management Committee.

Kevin Scott

Chief Refining & Supply Officer

Kevin Scott joined Irving Oil more than 30 years ago. He is responsible for all Refining Operations worldwide as well as the Company’s Supply, Planning, and Trading Operations.

Darren Gillis

Chief Marketing Officer

Darren Gillis joined Irving Oil more than 35 years ago. He is responsible for Irving Oil’s Sales & Marketing Operations worldwide including the retail business, along with the execution of the Brand and Marketing Programs.

Kelley Greer White

Chief Information Officer

Kelley Greer White joined Irving Oil in 2016. She brings extensive technology experience from her past roles in the Oil & Gas industry, including Husky Energy. Kelley is responsible for Technology strategy, service & infrastructure, including operational technology and cyber security, as well as the company-wide Operational Management System.

Peter McNay

Chief Strategic Program Delivery Officer

Peter McNay joined Irving Oil in 2018. Prior to joining, he was a partner in Deloitte Canada’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice. Peter leads the Building Operations, Supply Management and Engineering Services teams, along with the Strategic Program Delivery Office that coordinates the successful execution of Irving Oil’s strategic programs.
