The federal government of Canada recently passed amendments to the Competition Act that create uncertainty related to the communication of environmental goals and performance by Canadian entities. Similar to many organizations, Irving Oil is taking steps to fully understand the impact of this legislation on our business and accordingly has removed the sustainability content from our company website until we receive further information and clarity surrounding the effect and impacts related to the legislative amendments.
