Irving Oil named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the seventh year

Saint John, NB – Irving Oil has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the seventh year in a row, a testament to the company’s continued focus on its employees’ wellbeing, its flexible workplaces and its forward-thinking programs.
The Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition – now celebrating its 23rd year – which recognizes the companies and organizations that lead their industries in creating progressive and innovative workplaces for their employees. With more than 1,000 applicants this year, employers were evaluated on criteria such as employee communications, performance management, training opportunities and benefits programming.
