- $2,000 sign-on or retention incentive to all eligible BTU workers.
- Travel assistance rate of $0.70/km.

- $200 subsistence allowance paid 7 days per week.
- All overtime is paid as double time during the fall turnaround (subject to and in accordance with the applicable collective agreement).

Furthermore, it represents the idea of change, new beginnings and hope, making it an ideal symbol for the 2024 fall turnaround in the region.
