Irving Oil named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2021
Saint John, NB – Irving Oil has once again been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. For the past five years, our company has been recognized through this national competition which acknowledges organizations with exceptional human resources programs and innovative and forward-thinking workplace policies.

Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition – now entering its 22nd year – which recognizes the companies and organizations that lead their industries in creating progressive and innovative workplaces for their employees. Employers are evaluated on criteria such as employee communications, performance management, training opportunities, and benefits programming.
