How do I download the Hometown Rewards app?

You can also sign at up HometownRewards.ca/signup. 

How do I earn rewards?

Download the Hometown Rewards app and sign up with your Blue Rewards card. Then, swipe your card with every purchase at Irving to earn more rewards.

What are the benefits of Hometown Rewards?

Once you are registered, you will be eligible for exclusive member offers, including birthday rewards, fuel discounts and exclusive Blue Rewards offers. Plus, you'll continue to earn your base Blue Points! Check your 'Offers' tab in the app to see what's waiting for you.

Do I need to be a Blue Rewards member to earn and redeem with Hometown Rewards?

Yes, you must have a Blue Rewards account and an AIR MILES® or Blue Rewards card to earn rewards. To access your Hometown Rewards offers, link your AIR MILES or Blue Rewards card to your Hometown Rewards profile. Once linked, you'll unlock your exclusive member offers and rewards, and you'll be able to participate in all Hometown Rewards contests and promotions. Learn more about Blue Rewards here.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, all HTR rewards have an expiry date. Please check your 'Rewards' tab to view all the rewards you’ve earned and their expiration date. Any Blue Points or Bonus Points follow the terms of the Blue Rewards program.

I am not from Atlantic Canada. Can I still download the app to receive offers and rewards?

While any Blue Rewards member can join, Hometown Rewards is only available at participating locations in Atlantic Canada, including NB, NS, PE and NL.

Will I receive a physical Hometown Rewards card?

No. You will not receive a physical card. To earn and redeem rewards, you will need to link your AIR MILES® or Blue Rewards card to your Hometown Rewards profile and swipe your AIR MILES or Blue Rewards card with every purchase at Irving.

What is 1,500 Blue Points worth?

You can use 1,500 Bonus Points to save $10 on your fill-up at Irving. To learn more about redeeming your Points, visit BlueRewards.ca.

Do I need to update my HTR account for Blue Rewards?

Hometown Rewards members will not need to update their member information in the Hometown Rewards app. Just keep swiping your AIR MILES or Blue Rewards card to earn rewards.
