Fueling Dreams is a part of one of the largest fundraisers for the Special Olympics.

Our Fueling Dreams program began in 1999 in New Hampshire to benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run, the largest fundraiser worldwide for the Special Olympics. On Fueling Dreams’ Day of Caring, local law enforcement officials work alongside Special Olympics athletes, coaches, and Irving Oil employees to pump gas, wash windshields and greet customers. Irving Oil retail sites donate 5 cents per gallon of gas sold to energize the community for the cause. In addition, we make a direct donation to the Special Olympics.

Fueling Dreams has raised over $2 million for Special Olympics since its inception 11 years ago. In 2010, over 100 new retail sites were added as participants in New England. Our commitment to the athletes and Special Olympics runs deep at Irving Oil, and with your help we are able to truly fuel dreams and provide athletes with the opportunity to share their talents.
